MIR – Multimedia Integration Expo 2027

MIR – Multimedia Integration Expo takes place from 4 to 6 April 2027 at Rimini Expo Centre in Rimini, Italy. Organised by Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A., the exhibition focuses on professional audio, video, lighting and integrated multimedia solutions. Total Concept supports exhibitors with exhibition stand design and construction; we are not the organiser.

Dates, address and visitor hours

• Sunday 4 and Monday 5 April: 10:00–18:30.
• Tuesday 6 April: 10:00–17:00.
• Venue: Rimini Expo Centre, Via Emilia 155, 47921 Rimini, Italy.

Check registration, your stand allocation and the current exhibitor instructions with the organiser. Installation and dismantling schedules are separate from visitor hours. The organiser’s build-up page did not yet publish the schedule when checked; we have not copied access times from an earlier edition.

Let the visitor experience one clear application

An audiovisual stand is strongest when a visitor can understand the complete application rather than a collection of disconnected devices. Decide what the demonstration should show, what starts it and how staff return it to its initial state for the next visitor. Give displays and controls an accessible position without obstructing the aisle.

Plan screen sightlines, cable routes, equipment ventilation and the practical control position before production. Coordinate sound levels, lighting and demonstration boundaries with the organiser. Check structural and service requirements for suspended or heavy equipment with the responsible specialists and venue.

Make interactive demonstrations manageable

If a physical action triggers a screen or another part of the presentation, describe the intended sequence in the stand brief. Include the equipment, power and connection requirements and decide what happens when the demonstration is idle. Allow time to test the complete setup and give staff clear operating instructions.
