ANTIK Almoneda 2027

April 3, 2027 @ 11:30 - April 11, 2027 @ 20:30

ANTIK Almoneda takes place from 3 to 11 April 2027 at IFEMA MADRID in Madrid, Spain. Organised by IFEMA MADRID, the fair brings together antiques, art galleries and collectables and welcomes both professionals and the public. Total Concept supports exhibitors with stand design and construction; we are not the organiser.

Practical information

  • Dates: 3–11 April 2027.
  • Visitor hours: 11:30–20:30 each day.
  • Venue: IFEMA MADRID – Recinto Ferial, Avenida del Partenón 5, 28042 Madrid.
  • The official schedule identifies hall 4. Confirm your own stand allocation before organising deliveries.

Contact the organiser for participation, admission and the current exhibitor manual. Visitor hours do not define delivery or installation access. The activity programme was not yet available when this page was checked; we have not carried forward an earlier edition’s programme.

Let individual objects remain the focus

A presentation of antiques or artwork needs room for visitors to look closely without putting objects at risk. Give larger pieces sufficient space and group smaller items in a clear visual sequence. Consider sightlines, readable object labels and a reception position from which your team can oversee the display.

Discuss suitable lighting, stable plinths, secure showcases and mounting requirements before the stand is built. Confirm dimensions, weight and handling instructions for every significant object. Your own specialist should approve conservation requirements, materials in contact with valuable pieces and any insurance conditions.

Prepare storage, sales and a careful handover

Plan a protected area for packaging and a practical place to record enquiries or sales. Keep access to storage separate from the visitor route where possible. Agree who handles each object, how it will be packed and when collection is permitted under the organiser’s rules. These arrangements deserve attention before opening day, particularly during a multi-day public fair.

Send Total Concept your booked floor plan, object dimensions, presentation requirements and budget. Explore our exhibition stand design and construction or discuss your ANTIK Almoneda presentation.
