IFE takes place at Excel London from 5 to 7 April 2027 as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week. The event is dedicated to food and drink product discovery. Your stand should help buyers see the range, understand the brand and discuss the products.

Plan product presentation and hospitality together

If you intend to offer samples, outline the serving process before finalising the stand design. Counters, product storage and any required equipment need to fit the available space. Requirements for power, water, refrigeration or food handling must be confirmed for your particular exhibits and with the organiser.
