Total Concept designs, builds and installs pop-up shops and shop-in-shops for brands and retailers. From our workshops in Ranst, Belgium, we turn a retail concept into a physical space for product presentation, customer interaction and sales.
Commission us for design, construction or installation, or combine these stages in one project. We agree the scope around your location, opening date and budget.
A pop-up has a defined opening period. Its layout and construction need to work within the existing space and the available installation time. We develop product displays, branded elements and bespoke interior components around the way customers and staff will use the shop.
Before design begins, we discuss what must remain from the existing interior, which surfaces may be altered and how the space needs to be left afterwards. Dismantling and possible reuse are part of the brief.
A shop-in-shop gives your brand a recognisable space inside another retail environment. The design must express your identity while fitting the host store’s layout and requirements.
We review the allocated floor area, product range, display needs and customer route. Access, installation windows and connections to existing elements are agreed with the relevant contacts before construction.
Floor area, bespoke display units, materials, finishes and installation conditions all affect the cost. For a temporary shop, include the closing date and whether components will be used again. A clear brief lets us distinguish design, production, transport, installation and dismantling in the proposal.
For a permanent space, explore our interior design and fit-out. For a standalone temporary structure, see container conversions. A campaign focused on participation or product experience may suit a brand activation.
Send your location, available space, product range, reference images and intended opening period. Tell us whether you already have a design and which work you want Total Concept to carry out.
