Custom container conversions and fit-out

Turn a container into a distinctive space for your brand. Total Concept designs, converts and fits out containers for festivals, pop-ups and brand activations. We also organise on-site installation around your concept and the conditions at the venue.

Based in Ranst, Belgium, we develop the appearance, layout and finishes of your container. We start with what visitors need to do: discover your brand, explore products, meet people or take part in an activation.

Discuss your container project

From container to branded space

We bring the intended purpose, available space and brand identity together in a design. We consider how the exterior attracts attention and how the interior supports the activity inside. Access, visitor flow, displays and working space are developed around your intended use.

The conversion and finishes are agreed for each project. An open product display, a reception space or a temporary retail environment each requires different adaptations and bespoke elements. We discuss these requirements so the design works both visually and practically.

Container fit-out for festivals, pop-ups and activations

  • Festival containers: a recognisable space for your brand on a festival site, fitted out for the planned visitor activity.
  • Pop-up containers: a temporary brand or retail space at your chosen location.
  • Brand activations: a container that forms part of a campaign, product presentation or meeting space.

The interior and exterior form one concept. Materials, colours and finishes are selected to suit the appearance, period of use and location. For retail concepts, we also consider product presentation and the space needed by visitors and staff.

On-site container installation

The location is part of the preparation. We agree access, positioning space, ground conditions and permitted installation times with you and the venue contact. Required connections and conditions set by the organiser are discussed in advance.

What happens afterwards also belongs in the brief: how long will the container remain on site, when must it be removed, and is another deployment planned? This information lets us coordinate conversion, transport and installation.

How your container project works

  1. Briefing: share your objectives, location, schedule, intended use and indicative budget.
  2. Design: we develop the appearance, layout and required interior.
  3. Conversion and finishing: we build the agreed elements and finish them to match the concept.
  4. Installation: we prepare the on-site work around access and the project schedule.

What do we need for a proposal?

Send us the location, intended dates, dimensions or available space, reference images and a description of what visitors will do in and around the container. Please tell us whether a container is already available. The conversion, fit-out, finishes and installation conditions determine the project scope and budget.

Is your container part of a wider project? We can connect it with your brand activation, festival or hospitality space, or exhibition stand.

Planning a container conversion or fit-out?

Tell us about your plans. We will discuss how to turn your container into a branded space that suits its location and purpose.
