One brief for design and delivery

Send the exhibition name, country, venue and booked floor space, together with the floor plan and organiser’s technical manual. Open sides, sightlines, product displays, meeting areas and storage all influence the design. Explain what you want to achieve: launch a product, run demonstrations or meet existing and prospective customers.

A recognisable concept across different exhibition floors

Which product range needs attention, where will demonstrations take place and where can visitors talk to your team? Across a European exhibition programme, the layout may change while colours, materials, shapes and the brand story remain recognisable. We discuss that consistency during design alongside the practical requirements of each location.

Review the design before production

A 3D design helps you discuss sightlines, volumes and presentation. Review the concept from the aisles and from your team’s working positions. Identify bespoke components and elements intended for reuse. Agree on material samples, finishes, artwork and approval stages before production starts.

Coordinate installation and technical requirements

Share build-up and dismantling times, loading arrangements and the required handover date. Electrical services, fixings and any suspension points need to be checked with the venue. Agree who orders each facility and which tasks Total Concept handles so the quotation reflects the planned scope.

Prepare for several exhibitions

For a series of shows, we discuss which components can be reused and where dimensions, graphics or layouts need changing. Reuse starts with design; a component that works at one exhibition may need adapting for another. Share all available stand plans at the beginning of the project.
