Vinitaly 2027

Vinitaly takes place from 11 to 14 April 2027 at Veronafiere in Verona, Italy. The professional wine and spirits fair is organised by Veronafiere S.p.A. Total Concept helps exhibitors prepare their exhibition stand; we are not the event organiser.

Dates, visitor hours and location

• Sunday 11 to Tuesday 13 April: 09:30–18:00; last admission at 17:00.
• Wednesday 14 April: 09:30–16:30; last admission at 14:30.
• Venue: Veronafiere, Viale del Lavoro 8, 37135 Verona, Italy.

Vinitaly is a trade event with registration and admission conditions set by the organiser. Check eligibility, tickets and the latest visiting rules directly before planning your visit. The city programme Vinitaly and the City is a separate event, rather than an extension of these exhibition hours.

Give each tasting a clear place in the stand

Decide which wines and stories you want a buyer to remember. Build the tasting sequence around that selection, with labels and supporting information that visitors can read while speaking to your team. Leave enough working space for serving and a separate place for discussing distribution, hospitality or retail requirements.

Prepare a practical brief covering bottle quantities, storage, chilling, glass handling, water and waste arrangements. Check the booked hall, stand services and delivery rules in the exhibitor documentation. Share equipment dimensions and operating needs with the stand team before deciding the counter and storage layout.

Prepare for meetings as well as walk-in visitors

A visitor should be able to understand your range without interrupting an appointment. Keep the welcome point visible and leave a clear route between tasting, display and conversation areas. Bring the approved product documentation and commercial material needed by your intended buyers, and agree how your team will record and follow up enquiries.

Send Total Concept your booked floor plan, open sides, tasting requirements, display list and budget. Explore our exhibition stand design and construction or discuss your Vinitaly stand.
