SIPRHO 2027

SIPRHO 2027 takes place on 8–10 February at Parc des Expositions de Montpellier, France. The trade fair serves hospitality, catering and beach-related businesses. Total Concept is an independent exhibition stand builder, not the organiser.

Visitor hours and venue

Monday 8 and Tuesday 9 February: 09:00–19:00. Wednesday 10 February: 09:00–17:00. Visitor access is via the South Entrance, Route de la Foire, 34470 Pérols. The event is reserved for industry professionals and project owners; registration is required.

Prepare demonstrations and product displays

Decide which products visitors need to see in use and which can be presented through samples or a compact display. Separate demonstrations from the meeting area and keep circulation clear. Furniture and outdoor products need enough space for visitors to inspect materials and finishes.

If your presentation includes food preparation or equipment, confirm power, water, ventilation and hygiene requirements with the organiser before approving your stand plan. Provide discreet storage for stock and packaging and a practical route for replenishment. These are preparation recommendations, not a substitute for the exhibitor manual.
