Salon SIEP Namur 2027

Salon SIEP Namur 2027 takes place on 9–10 April at Namur Expo, Avenue du Sergent Vrithoff 2, 5000 Namur, Belgium. The education and careers event helps visitors explore study programmes, training, professions and international opportunities.

Practical information

Opening hours are 10:00–18:00 on both days. Consult SIEP for visitor registration and exhibitor participation. The venue is accessible to visitors with reduced mobility; check the organiser’s current access information when planning a group visit or deliveries.

A welcoming stand for education providers

Help visitors quickly identify the programmes or career paths relevant to them. Group information by subject and level, with clear signage above the consultation points. Provide space for a student and accompanying family member to talk without obstructing the aisle. Demonstrations should be short and easy to follow, with brochures or digital information available for later comparison.

For exhibitors representing several departments, agree on a shared visual structure and a practical storage plan for printed material. Check screen visibility, sound levels and electrical requirements before finalising the layout.

Total Concept can help present your institution or training offer in an exhibition stand. Contact us with your allocated space and communication needs.

The event is organised by SIEP, Service d’Information sur les Études et les Professions. Total Concept is an independent stand builder, not the organiser. Dates, hours and venue were checked on 28 October 2026 against the official practical information.
