Romics April 2027

Romics returns to Fiera Roma on 8–11 April 2027 for its 38th edition. The festival brings together comics, animation, cinema and games. It is organised by Fiera Roma Srl and Mens Nova Srl. Total Concept is an exhibition stand builder, not the event organiser.

Plan a stand for demonstrations and fan encounters

Start with the activity your visitors will take part in: browsing publications, trying a game, watching a demonstration or meeting a creator. Keep the waiting area within your allocated footprint and separate it from the sales counter. Leave space for accessible circulation, secure stock and staff breaks.

For interactive displays, specify screen positions, power requirements, internet needs and sound levels before finalising the design. Check any overhead branding, lighting and scenic elements against the organiser’s current technical rules. Confirm permissions for characters, artwork and other licensed material with the rights holder.

Practical information for exhibitors

The venue is Fiera Roma, Via Portuense 1645/1647, 00148 Rome, Italy. Daily opening hours and the 2027 installation timetable have not been confirmed in the sources checked; consult the organiser before booking deliveries or staff shifts. The spring edition is separate from the autumn event.

Bring your floor plan, stand dimensions, product or activation requirements and budget to the briefing. Total Concept can discuss exhibition stand design and construction, with reference to our completed exhibition projects. Request a stand proposal for Romics.
