PotatoEurope 2026: completed edition in Springe

PotatoEurope 2026 took place on 9 and 10 September 2026 at Rittergut Gestorf, Springe near Hanover, Germany. This outdoor exhibition focused on potato cultivation, harvesting, storage, processing and agricultural machinery. SugarBeet Expo took place alongside the event.

Planning an agricultural exhibition presence

Outdoor agricultural events require a different brief from an indoor exhibition hall. Product displays, machinery movements, visitor circulation, hospitality and storage must be planned around the booked space and the organiser’s requirements. Ground conditions, delivery access and temporary structures need a project-specific review.

Technical feasibility and responsibilities are confirmed before production. An indoor stand design should not be transferred unchanged to an outdoor site without checking its suitability.
