PotatoEurope 2027 in Tournai, Belgium
The official PotatoEurope network announces the next Belgian edition for 8 and 9 September 2027 in Tournai. The event concerns potato cultivation, harvesting, storage, processing and agricultural machinery.
Planning note: the exact event-site address, 2027 exhibitor arrangements and technical conditions still require confirmation. The previous Hannover venue entry was incorrect and has been removed. Do not use the German edition’s site information for your Belgian participation.
Preparing your agricultural exhibition stand
Start with the products and equipment you want visitors to understand. Machinery displays need a different layout from samples, packaging or advisory meetings. Tell us the dimensions and handling requirements of exhibits, the staffing plan and the space needed for reception and storage.
Total Concept can discuss a stand or presentation concept and the agreed production, graphics, transport and installation. Outdoor suitability, ground conditions, access and the requirements for temporary structures must be checked against the organiser’s current instructions before technical decisions are finalised.
From briefing to practical preparation
Send the confirmed stand plan, open sides, product list and technical manual when available. We agree the scope of assistance, production and on-site work before proceeding. Existing stand elements can be assessed for reuse, but their suitability must be reviewed for the specific location and layout.
