Stand planning for Lubricant Expo Europe 2026

Lubricant Expo Europe takes place from 15 to 17 September 2026 in Hall 10 at Messe Düsseldorf. It brings together lubricant technology suppliers, manufacturers, engineers and industrial users. The exhibition covers areas including finished lubricants, additives, production equipment, testing and condition monitoring.

Make technical conversations practical

A lubricant-sector stand often needs to support detailed discussions about a product and its application. Plan space for clearly labelled samples, technical literature and a conversation away from the main aisle. If your presentation includes equipment or a working demonstration, confirm its dimensions, weight and required connections before the stand design is finalised.

Keep demonstration access and meeting circulation separate where the stand area allows it. Any liquids, machines or other demonstration materials must be assessed against the organiser’s current exhibitor requirements. Confirm the relevant handling and safety arrangements with the organiser rather than assuming that a product can be demonstrated without approval.
