INTERGEO 2026

September 15 - September 17

Exhibition stand planning for INTERGEO 2026 in Munich

INTERGEO 2026 takes place from 15 to 17 September 2026 at Messe München. The event brings together geodesy, geoinformation and land management. The official visitor information identifies halls B5, B6, C5 and C6 and fair opening hours of 09:00–18:00.

For geospatial exhibitors, a stand must often combine physical instruments with software demonstrations and technical conversations. Total Concept can help translate these presentation needs into a practical stand brief, with an agreed scope for design, production, graphics and installation.

Make demonstrations easy to follow

Consider where visitors will stand when watching a screen or looking at equipment. Give presenters enough room to explain a workflow without blocking the circulation route. Display heights, lighting and graphic contrast should support the material being shown rather than distract from it.

A quiet meeting area can be useful for discussions that continue after a demonstration. Keep supporting equipment, packaging and personal belongings in planned storage. Where an instrument needs particular positioning, power or environmental conditions, include those requirements in the brief and confirm what the venue permits.

Check the event-specific requirements

The hall allocation, booked dimensions, open sides and organiser’s technical documents are the starting point for stand planning. Any demonstration permissions, rigging, electrical services and build-up access must follow the current exhibitor requirements. Public opening hours should not be treated as delivery or installation windows.

For registration and official event information, visit INTERGEO. The published INTERGEO support team can be reached at support.intergeo@hinte-expo.com or +49 721 93133 726. Total Concept is an independent stand builder, not the event organiser. Event information checked on 13 September 2026.
