Exhibit your hospitality offer at Horecava 2027
Horecava runs from 11 to 14 January 2027 at RAI Amsterdam and is open to trade visitors. Confirm current arrangements through the official Horecava information. Total Concept is an independent exhibition stand provider, not the event organiser.
For an international hospitality brand, the stand should explain the offer and support the way the team works. A beverage tasting, a kitchen equipment demonstration and an interior product display have different needs. Start with the activity you want visitors to experience, then develop the layout and finishes around it.
Specify the working side of the stand
List the products, equipment and staff involved. If samples will be served, consider preparation, presentation, replenishment and clearing away. Storage for stock, packaging and waste needs to be planned alongside the public-facing counter.
Provide appliance specifications before technical arrangements are finalised. Power, water, drainage and ventilation depend on the actual equipment and activity. Applicable food handling, safety and venue requirements must be checked with the responsible parties. A stand design is not a substitute for those operational approvals.
Make room for the next conversation
Use a clear message to help a visitor recognise your offer from the aisle. Once they stop, your team needs somewhere to explain the product and discuss their business requirements. The right balance between a service counter, product display and meeting space depends on your stand size and expected interactions.
Samples and finishes can help demonstrate an interior or hospitality concept. Keep the presentation focused and leave circulation clear. Where longer discussions are expected, include a suitable table or quieter position without hiding the products that attract visitors.

Total Concept works from Ranst on exhibition stand design and construction, using wood-built and modular solutions according to the brief. Production, on-site assembly, transport and dismantling responsibilities are defined in the project scope.
Can you help with stand-related administration?
We can assist with technical plans and stand-related requests as agreed. Share the exhibitor instructions and deadlines, and identify who submits and approves each item. Participation fees and organiser services are separate matters unless explicitly included.
Can an existing stand be adapted?
Send photographs, dimensions and information about the condition of the components. We can assess what fits the new footprint and where updates are needed.
