Dronitaly 2027

Dronitaly takes place from 7 to 9 April 2027 at Bologna Congress Center in Bologna, Italy. The event focuses on civil and professional drone applications and is promoted by BolognaFiere Water&Energy srl (BFWE). Total Concept supports exhibitors with exhibition stand design and construction; we are not the event organiser.

Dates, venue and visitor hours

• Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8 April: 09:00–18:00.
• Friday 9 April: 09:00–16:00.
• Venue: Bologna Congress Center, EX-GAM and Exhibition Hall, Piazza della Costituzione 4/a, 40128 Bologna.

These dates follow the current 2027 visitor information. Confirm your stand allocation and delivery instructions with the organiser before arranging transport. The event website identifies Mirumir as the organisational secretariat. Registration, participation and demonstration access are handled by the event team.

Present the application alongside the aircraft

A visitor needs to understand what a drone system delivers for its intended civil application. Place a selected aircraft, component or sensor next to a clear explanation of its use and the relevant output. Where appropriate, use approved example images or a screen demonstration to connect the physical equipment to the service being offered.

Keep physical displays stable and allow staff to show details without blocking the aisle. Decide which items may be handled and which remain fixed. Discuss any operational demonstration and equipment requirements with the organiser and your responsible specialists; do not assume that a flight or active setup is permitted on the stand.

Support technical evaluation and useful follow-up

Provide a place to discuss the application, sample output and integration questions away from the display edge. Keep supporting documentation available without filling every wall with specifications. Agree how your team records requirements and assigns follow-up after the event.

Send Total Concept your booked floor plan, open sides, equipment dimensions, display requirements and budget. Explore our exhibition stand design and construction or discuss your Dronitaly stand.
