Planning an immersive demonstration
A headset demonstration needs more space than a screen presentation. Define the participant area, keep spectators outside the movement zone and allow a member of staff to supervise. Provide a clear starting point and explain what someone will experience before they put on the equipment.
Include time to clean and reset devices, manage batteries and help the next visitor. A mirrored display can let colleagues follow a demonstration without entering its operating area. Confirm power, internet and any tracking requirements with the organizer and your equipment supplier before finalising the stand layout.
Build a stand around the experience
Discuss your demonstration sequence, equipment and available floor area with Total Concept. We can help develop an exhibition stand with room for presentations and conversations. Send your stand brief to start a proposal. Total Concept is a stand builder and is not the organizer of Laval Virtual.
