The 102nd Brussels Motor Show took place from 9 to 18 January 2026 at Brussels Expo. Organised by FEBIAC, it brought together cars, light commercial vehicles and motorcycles. This page records the completed edition; its dates are not a booking calendar for a future show.
Designing around vehicles and visitors
An automotive exhibition stand needs to work at two scales: a clear brand presence across the hall and a comfortable setting for a conversation beside a vehicle. The layout should allow visitors to approach the display without blocking entrances, presentation areas or staff circulation.
For a new brief, start with the number and dimensions of vehicles, the demonstration programme and the types of conversation your team needs to hold. A launch presentation, a fleet discussion and a public product demonstration place different demands on space, lighting and acoustics.
- Product visibility: plan sightlines, display lighting and graphic positions around the actual exhibits.
- Practical preparation: confirm access, floor requirements, utilities and installation deadlines against the organiser’s documentation.
- Brand consistency: connect signage, finishes and presentation furniture into one recognisable environment.
From exhibition design to installation
Total Concept provides exhibition stand design and construction, with project coordination from briefing through production and installation. The appropriate mix of timber construction and modular elements depends on the design, technical requirements and reuse plans. Any electrical, vehicle or demonstration requirements must be agreed for the particular project.
