Stand planning for AMB 2026 in Stuttgart
AMB 2026 takes place from 15 to 19 September at Messe Stuttgart. This metalworking exhibition is organised by Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH & Co. KG. Its setting is relevant to manufacturers presenting machinery, tooling and production technology.
For a machinery exhibitor, the stand brief should start with the equipment. Record dimensions, weight, access requirements and the way each item will be demonstrated before deciding on walls or meeting areas. Visitors need to see the presentation clearly without obstructing movement around the stand.
Build the layout around the demonstration
Keep the product explanation close to the relevant exhibit. A screen or graphic panel can describe a process without requiring every visitor to enter the demonstration area. Meeting space and storage should support the technical team while keeping paperwork, packaging and spare presentation materials out of sight.
Any live operation, power supply, floor loading or safety requirement must be assessed against the current exhibitor documents and the actual equipment. These requirements vary by project and cannot be inferred from the size of the stand alone.
Coordinate the practical work
