The European Convention Center Luxembourg combines conference rooms with spaces for exhibitions and receptions. A presence alongside a conference can call for a different layout: a compact demonstration point, sponsor presentation or meeting area. Confirm the allocated space and installation conditions before commissioning the build.
For a product-led exhibition, decide which items need to be demonstrated and which can be displayed. For a conference audience, explain whether the priority is a scheduled conversation, a short introduction or a presentation to a group. These choices determine how much space remains for circulation, furniture and storage.
Provide the language versions of your approved brand messages with the brief. Keep the main proposition readable at a distance, then use supporting information where a visitor can stop to explore the details. We do not assume that every event in Luxembourg has the same audience or communication needs.
