Separate demonstrations, meetings and replenishment

• Product presentation: specify assembled dimensions, weight, sample finishes and any display supports.
• Demonstrations: explain whether equipment is static or operating. Live cooking, heat, water or other utilities need an agreed technical scope and organiser approval where required.
• Buyer meetings: allow space to compare materials, review collections and discuss orders without blocking circulation.
• Storage: account for packaging, brochures, samples and your team’s belongings.

Decorative planting or an outdoor-style setting does not remove the need to check indoor venue requirements. Confirm your products and demonstration plans with the organiser; do not assume that a BBQ product may be operated merely because it can be displayed.

Prepare production and the Cologne installation

Send your booked floor plan, open sides, product inventory, brand files and budget. Technical orders, delivery slots and assembly schedules must follow the documents for your booked stand. We define transport, installation and dismantling responsibilities with you before production. If the collection will travel to another exhibition afterwards, include its next destination and the components you want to reuse.

Can the stand combine large furniture with smaller accessories?

Yes. Provide the complete display list so that sightlines, access and smaller product displays can be designed together. The required floor area depends on the collection and how visitors will use it.

Should we bring our existing display units?

Share photographs, dimensions and condition details first. We can assess whether existing units fit the new layout and which finishing or graphic changes are needed.
