Choose what visitors should examine

Start your brief with the products you want to show. A profile section, a surface finish and a large machine component each call for a different display. We can plan plinths, sample supports, counters, graphics and meeting areas around those priorities, so the presentation explains both the material and its application.

• Large components: share dimensions, weight and handling information before display structures are designed.

Separate product logistics from stand construction

The arrival of your products needs to fit the stand assembly sequence. Tell us which items need lifting, specialist handling or connection to venue services. We can coordinate the standbuilding schedule with your team and the relevant service providers. Equipment transport, handling and technical connections should be explicitly included or excluded in the agreed scope.

Total Concept provides exhibition stand design, production and installation from Belgium. Our workshop in Ranst prepares the structure, finishing and graphics for your project. Wood construction and modular solutions can be assessed against your layout, desired appearance and later exhibition plans. The material promoted at this fair does not dictate the construction method of your stand.

Bring your next exhibitions into the brief

If the same products will appear at other shows, include those floor plans. Display supports, graphics and structural components may be designed for more than one configuration. We assess reuse against the actual dimensions, transport needs, storage and condition of the components, rather than making a blanket sustainability claim.

What information is needed for a heavy product display?

Send dimensions, weight, support points, handling instructions and drawings or photographs. The final display and installation method must be checked against the product and venue requirements.

Can you work from an existing stand concept?

Yes. Share the design and an inventory of the available components. We can assess what can be used and which production or finishing work is needed for this participation.
