Explain which products need to be visible or accessible, how much storage is required and where staff will assist customers. Display units, counters and brand graphics should be planned together so dimensions and positions support the intended use.

Prepare opening and removal

The opening date determines the preparation window. Include access, delivery and working arrangements in the brief. Discuss what happens afterwards: dismantling, reuse or another location may influence materials and construction.
