World Hydrogen Summit & Exhibition 2027 – Exhibition
The exhibition at World Hydrogen Summit & Exhibition takes place on 19–20 May 2027 at Rotterdam Ahoy. The wider summit programme runs from 18 to 20 May. Sustainable Energy Council and RX Global organise the event. Total Concept builds exhibition stands and is not the organiser.
Exhibition days and summit access
The exhibition opens on 19 May from 09:30 to 18:30 and on 20 May from 09:30 to 17:30. The official schedule identifies 18 May as a day for delegates, speakers and press; it is not an exhibition visiting day. Check your registration type before booking travel or meetings. This calendar entry uses the exhibition dates.
Make a hydrogen project understandable
Explain where your technology fits in production, storage, distribution or use with a simple process diagram. A section model or component display can help technical visitors ask focused questions. Label the maturity and intended application of a solution clearly, and use evidence for performance claims.
Agree any equipment, pressure vessels, gas-related demonstrations or batteries with the organiser before committing to a display. Consider an inert model or digital demonstration where appropriate. Plan power, secure storage and a meeting area for detailed engineering or procurement discussions.
