Wine Paris 2027

Wine Paris 2027 takes place from 15 to 17 February 2027 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Paris, France. The international trade fair brings wine professionals together. The organiser is WINE PARIS VINEXPO PARIS, part of the Vinexposium event network. Total Concept is an exhibition stand builder, not the organiser.

Preparing your exhibition stand in Paris

Start with your allocated floor plan, open sides and meeting requirements. Allow space for conversations, product presentation and discreet storage without blocking circulation. Confirm electrical connections, deliveries and any water requirements with the organiser before finalising the stand design.

For a professional tasting area, plan an easy-to-clean worktop, glass storage and a practical service route. Keep your brand and range information readable from the aisle, with a separate space for scheduled business meetings. These are preparation recommendations; technical approvals and services remain subject to the exhibitor manual.

Practical planning

The confirmed event dates are 15–17 February 2027. Opening hours, hall allocation, access badges and build-up slots should be checked in the organiser’s current exhibitor documentation. The calendar lists the dates only and does not imply 24-hour access.
