VAKBEURS OPENBARE RUIMTE (NEDERLAND) 2026

Vakbeurs Openbare Ruimte takes place on 23–24 September 2026 at Jaarbeurs Utrecht. It brings together products, services and knowledge for the design, furnishing, maintenance and management of public spaces.

Show how your solution works in a public space

A stand for this fair should make an application clear: where would a municipality, designer or maintenance team use your product? A material sample, a scaled display or a concise project illustration can make the conversation more concrete than a long product catalogue.

Total Concept can design and build an exhibition stand around your samples, equipment and presentation brief. Tell us which items need to be handled, demonstrated or viewed from several sides. We can plan graphics and meeting space around those requirements, subject to the available floor area and agreed scope.

Planning your stand at Jaarbeurs

The official visitor information lists halls 2, 3 and 4 and opening hours of 09:00–16:00 on both days. Build-up access, unloading and technical orders need to follow your exhibitor instructions; visitor parking information is not a delivery booking.

Discuss dimensions, sample weights, power requirements and installation deadlines before production. Explore our exhibition stand services or send your stand brief. Availability and feasibility require confirmation. Total Concept is an independent stand builder, not the organiser.
