Let visitors assess your outdoor-space solution

A material sample, street-furniture element or lighting demonstration needs a different presentation from a planning service. Select the objects visitors should examine and explain their intended application. Show dimensions, finishes and maintenance information clearly, using claims and documentation approved by your own team.

Include product weight, handling requirements and power needs in the stand briefing. Keep circulation open around bulky samples and plan a seated area for longer project discussions. Confirm whether your demonstration needs additional permission before bringing equipment or installing a structure.

Prepare delivery and installation

The visitor address is Jaarbeursplein, 3521 AL Utrecht, Netherlands. Use the event-specific exhibitor instructions for vehicle access, unloading and installation times; the visitor entrance is not automatically a delivery entrance. Check the floor plan and booked package before fixing the stand design.
