VAKBEURS OPENBARE RUIMTE 2026

Public-space design in Utrecht

Vakbeurs Openbare Ruimte takes place at Jaarbeurs on 23–24 September 2026. The official practical information specifies halls 2, 3 and 4. The exhibition concerns the design, construction and management of public space.

Help visitors assess an application

Materials, street furniture or landscape-related products benefit from a display that explains their intended setting. Samples, project photographs and technical information should be easy to inspect without blocking the flow of visitors.

Prepare the presentation brief

Send Total Concept the dimensions and weights of display items, together with the approved stand plan. We can develop presentation elements, graphics and a meeting area within that scope. Confirm handling, load limits and assembly arrangements with the relevant event services.

Venue: Jaarbeurs, Jaarbeursplein 6, 3521 AL Utrecht.

Discuss your exhibition presentation. Total Concept is an independent stand builder, not the organiser of this exhibition.
