Vakbeurs Energie 2027 takes place on 12–14 October at Brabanthallen in ’s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. The professional event focuses on sustainable energy generation and energy savings in the built environment. Visitor hours are 10:00–17:00 each day.

The organiser’s published stand-builder information requires approval of custom-built stands. It currently gives 10 September 2027 as the drawing submission deadline. Involve your stand builder before that deadline and confirm the latest requirements with 54events.

The published build-up window is 9–11 October, 08:00–17:00; access on 12 October, 08:00–09:30, is limited to small materials. Dismantling is listed for 14 October, 17:00–22:00, and 15 October, 08:00–17:00. Recheck these arrangements before transport.

Present an energy solution clearly

Show how your solution fits into a building or installation. A readable system diagram, accessible product sample and separate discussion table can help visitors move from an initial question to a technical conversation. Share equipment weight, dimensions and power needs early so they can be incorporated into the stand layout.
