Exhibition stand planning for Techtextil 2028

Techtextil takes place from 4 to 7 April 2028 at Messe Frankfurt. It brings together companies working with technical textiles and nonwovens across multiple application areas. The dates and sector were checked against the official Techtextil visitor information on 16 September 2026.

For exhibitors, a stand can make material properties easier to understand. Physical samples, clear labels and space for technical conversations help visitors compare textiles, processes and applications. The display plan should start with the products you are allowed to present and the organiser’s current exhibitor requirements.

From samples to a workable stand

Total Concept designs and builds exhibition stands for European trade fairs. Depending on the brief, we can combine custom-built elements and reusable systems, produce graphics, plan product displays and coordinate transport, installation and dismantling. We do not organise Techtextil or approve exhibitor services on behalf of Messe Frankfurt.

Before production, we align sample dimensions, weight, lighting, power needs and meeting space with the confirmed floor plan. This is especially useful when visitors need to handle materials or compare technical specifications at the stand.
