Exhibition stand planning for SIDEC 2026

SIDEC 2026 takes place on 10–12 November at Celje Fair in Celje, Slovenia. This defence exhibition and conference brings together companies and institutions working in the sector. The published visitor opening hours are 09:00–17:00 each day. These are exhibition hours, not stand installation or delivery slots.

Total Concept can help exhibitors prepare their stand through design, production, graphics, transport, installation and dismantling, with the scope agreed for the project. We are a stand-building service provider, not the event organiser.

Prepare the stand around your presentation

Start with what visitors need to understand about your organisation. A clear reception point, readable graphics and space for planned discussions can be more useful than filling the entire floor with displays. Include the size and weight of any display items in your brief so that the stand design and handling arrangements can be assessed together.

• Brand presentation: define your key message, required graphics and meeting areas.
• Space and services: send the allocated stand plan, dimensions and required electrical or audiovisual connections.
• Venue coordination: provide the exhibitor manual and any drawing-submission or installation requirements supplied by the organiser.
• Transport and return: agree which stand elements Total Concept supplies and how they will be dismantled and returned after the exhibition.

Who organises SIDEC?

The published participation policy identifies the Slovenian Defence Industry Cluster (GOIS) g.i.z. as organiser, with the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Slovenia and the Slovenian Armed Forces as co-organisers. Proevent d.o.o. is identified as technical organiser. Direct event participation questions to the official SIDEC team.
