Turn your food portfolio into a clear exhibition offer

Plan product display and sample handling together
Provide a product list with packaging sizes and any requirements for chilled display, preparation or storage. Separate products that will be tasted from items displayed only as packaging or samples. This changes how counters, work areas and replenishment space should be arranged.
If tasting is part of the experience, explain the service process and staffing. Power, water, waste handling and other provisions depend on that process. Relevant food handling rules and organiser requirements must be confirmed by the responsible parties; they cannot be assumed from another exhibition.
Support international buyer meetings
A visitor should understand your main offer before reading detailed product information. Use focused graphics and an organised display, then provide somewhere to discuss distribution or purchasing requirements. Tell us how many conversations your team expects to hold at once.
A shared brand stand may need a common reception point and distinct product zones. A smaller exhibitor may benefit from a compact counter and an accessible meeting table. The available footprint, open sides and working routines guide the layout rather than a fixed formula.
Production and installation for your Paris project
From Ranst in Belgium, Total Concept develops wood-built and modular exhibition stands. Design, finishes and construction are aligned with the agreed brief. Transport, assembly, dismantling and any storage or reuse plans should be defined before the build is scheduled.
Can you adapt components from a previous event?
We can assess their dimensions, condition and suitability for the new floor plan. Send photographs and available drawings. New product requirements or a different footprint may require changes to graphics, finishes or structure.
How can we prepare a useful first enquiry?
Send the allocated stand plan, product range, sample requirements, meeting needs, timing and budget direction. Include the current exhibitor manual so technical responsibilities and deadlines can be reviewed.
