Give the vehicle room to tell its story

Plan the stand around the vehicles or major exhibits first. Allow visitors to view important details without stepping into an unsafe or restricted area. Clear labels, well-positioned lighting and a coherent background can help the presentation without competing with the vehicle.

For restoration specialists, parts suppliers or service providers, use samples and concise explanations to make the work understandable. A separate meeting point lets visitors discuss a project while the display remains accessible. Keep tools, stock and packaging out of the visitor route.

Prepare logistics before construction

Discuss vehicle dimensions, weight, delivery sequencing and the venue’s technical requirements before the stand design is final. Check rules for fuel, batteries, vehicle movement and access directly with the organiser. A visitor ticket or published opening time does not provide permission for delivery vehicles to enter the halls.

Send Total Concept your booked floor plan, open sides, exhibit list, presentation goals and budget, together with the current exhibitor conditions. Explore our exhibition stand design and construction or discuss your RETRO CLASSICS Stuttgart stand.
