Dates, hours and venue
The official FAQ lists Friday 09:30–19:00, Saturday 09:30–17:00 and Sunday 09:30–17:00. Check the final 2027 visitor information before travelling. Jaarbeurs Utrecht is at Jaarbeursplein 6, 3521 AL Utrecht.
A stand that combines making and shopping
Separate the demonstration or workshop surface from the sales counter. Visitors should be able to see a technique without blocking access to products. Use finished examples to explain what materials can achieve and keep tools and small components organised.
If you run hands-on sessions, agree the permitted format and capacity with the organiser. Plan seating, task lighting and safe storage around the activity, and allow time and space to reset between groups.
Practical exhibitor preparation
Confirm your allocated stand size, workshop arrangements, delivery entrance and build-up timetable in the exhibitor documentation. Keep stock and packing activities away from the visitor route, with clear access for staff.
Total Concept designs and builds exhibition stands and is not the event organiser. Discuss a tailored exhibition stand that supports demonstrations, product sales and visitor conversations.
