Exhibition stand planning for REHACARE 2026

REHACARE brings together rehabilitation, care, mobility and inclusive living at Messe Düsseldorf from 23–26 September 2026. For exhibitors, the stand needs to support more than a product display: visitors should be able to approach equipment, understand its use and discuss individual requirements comfortably.

Make accessibility part of the stand brief

Plan circulation around the products you intend to demonstrate. Wheelchairs, walking aids and larger care equipment need space for approach, turning and explanation. Tell us which demonstrations involve visitors, how much equipment will be present and whether seating or a quieter consultation area is required.

We can work these requirements into the layout, display heights, graphics and meeting positions. Access details, floor transitions and any technical requirements should be checked against the organiser’s current exhibitor manual before production. Accessibility needs to be considered throughout the design, rather than added after the stand has been built.

Separate demonstrations, consultations and storage

• Demonstration space: allow staff to explain products without blocking the entrance or neighbouring aisles.
• Clear communication: use readable signage to distinguish product ranges and help visitors identify the right contact.
• Consultations: include seating and a meeting position appropriate to the conversations your team expects.
• Practical storage: allocate room for packaging, literature, spare components and personal belongings.

From Belgium to your stand in Düsseldorf

Total Concept designs and produces exhibition stands from its workshop in Ranst, Belgium. We work with timber construction and modular systems, with graphics, finishing, transport, installation and dismantling defined in the project scope. Send your stand dimensions, open sides, equipment list and technical requirements so we can discuss a suitable approach.

For this edition, confirm the hall-specific build-up and dismantling windows with the organiser. Do not assume that delivery access or assembly times are identical for every hall.
