Plan your product presentation at PSI 2027

PSI brings the promotional products, incentives and merchandising industry together at Koelnmesse in Cologne from 12 to 14 January 2027. For this edition, plan for Cologne rather than using the venue arrangements of an earlier Düsseldorf show.

Manufacturers and suppliers need visitors to understand a range quickly, compare samples and discuss how products can be personalised. Your stand should make that process easy without turning every surface into a storage shelf.

Organise samples around the conversation

Start with the product categories you want to prioritise. Decide which items visitors may handle, which need display supports, and which are better explained through graphics or a screen. A clear sample sequence can help your team discuss materials, finishes and applications while keeping frequently used stock within reach.

Consider where samples are replenished and where packaging will be stored. If you want to demonstrate a decoration process, confirm equipment requirements, permissions and the necessary working area before the stand layout is finalised.

Prepare a complete stand brief

Share the booked dimensions, open sides, hall plan and exhibitor documentation with Total Concept. We can discuss stand design, production, graphics, transport, installation and dismantling within an agreed scope. Confirm access slots and technical orders with the organiser; visitor opening hours are not construction hours.
