Exhibition stand planning for ISM Manufacturing 2027

ISM Manufacturing is the new name for ProSweets Cologne from 2027. The supplier trade fair takes place at Cologne Exhibition Center from 31 January to 3 February 2027, organised by Koelnmesse GmbH.

The exhibition focuses on manufacturing and packaging technology for sweets and snacks. Its four areas cover packaging materials, packaging technology, production technology, and operating equipment and auxiliary devices. It is distinct from the finished sweets and snacks presented at ISM and the raw materials covered by ISM Ingredients.

Make technical demonstrations easy to understand

For machinery and packaging exhibitors, stand planning starts with the equipment: dimensions, weight, delivery access, demonstration areas and the connections required. A clear route through the stand helps visitors move between product samples, demonstrations and technical discussions.

Total Concept can develop a stand concept around these requirements, with wood construction or modular construction, graphics, meeting areas and coordinated installation. Equipment connections, floor loads and approval requirements must be checked against the organiser’s current exhibitor documentation before production.
