POLYCLOSE 2028 takes place on 19–21 January 2028 at Flanders Expo in Ghent. The professional exhibition focuses on window, door, solar shading, facade and access technology. Design around the product movement

A door needs clearance to open. Sliding systems need an unobstructed demonstration area, while facade samples need a position where visitors can inspect joints and finishes. Tell us which products will be operational, how they are supported and where staff will demonstrate them. These details should shape the stand layout before graphics and furniture are selected.

Provide dimensions, weights and installation instructions for large frames, glazing or moving displays. Structural support, electrical connections and demonstration safety must be agreed with the responsible parties and checked against the exhibitor requirements for this edition. The stand should not rely on unverified assumptions about loads or fixing points.

Make comparisons and technical discussions practical

Organise samples so visitors can compare finishes, profiles and applications. Give each display a clear purpose and leave room for detailed conversations alongside the demonstration zone. Practical storage keeps handling equipment and spare samples out of the visitor route.
