Exhibition stand planning for PLMA Amsterdam 2027

PLMA’s World of Private Label connects manufacturers with retail buyers. Your stand should help buyers understand your product range, compare applications and discuss a potential private-label partnership.

The organiser confirms 25–26 May 2027 at RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre. Consult the official PLMA event information for the current edition. This is a private-label trade show covering food and non-food products, rather than a general hospitality exhibition.

Make the range easy to assess

Start with the categories and samples your buyers need to see. A stand for packaged products may need shelving and sample storage, while another range may call for demonstration counters. We can organise the display, graphics and meeting areas around the products you actually bring.

Think about how your team will replenish samples, retrieve product information and move between appointments. Keep the visual presentation clear while leaving room for detailed conversations about the range. Claims about products, certifications and supply capabilities must come from your own approved information.

What belongs in your stand brief?

• Your confirmed floor plan and open sides.
• Product categories, sample dimensions and storage requirements.
• Expected meeting format and number of staff.
• Display equipment, power requirements and any sampling arrangements.

Total Concept works from Ranst in Belgium. We coordinate design, production, transport, installation and dismantling within the agreed scope. Confirm venue services separately

Technical orders, access rules and deadlines depend on the current exhibitor documentation. Product handling and sampling remain subject to your team’s procedures and the applicable venue requirements. These services are not automatically included in a stand-building quote.
