PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2027

PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2027 runs from 27 to 29 September at the Las Vegas Convention Center. PMMI’s packaging and processing show brings together equipment, materials and automation suppliers. Exhibits span several halls, making a clear stand location and recognisable presentation important.

Make a complex process easy to understand

Choose one clear visitor route through your demonstration. Show the input material, the process and the finished package, with enough space for people to stop without blocking the aisle. A readable overhead identifier, subject to the organiser’s rules, can help invited buyers find you in a large hall.

Plan machine access, sample storage and quiet meeting space before finalising the stand. Confirm utilities, freight handling and safety requirements with the organiser and your appointed contractors. For equipment travelling from Europe, allow for customs documentation and a contingency plan if a shipment is delayed.

Prepare a practical stand brief

Total Concept is an exhibition stand builder, not PMMI or the organiser. Share your floor plan, demonstration sequence and project scope to discuss suitable support. View our exhibition stand services or contact the team.
