OMR Festival 2027 – Expo

The OMR Festival expo takes place on 4–5 May 2027 at Hamburg Messe. The full festival runs from 3 to 5 May, with the opening day reserved for masterclasses and side events. The organiser is ramp106 GmbH. Total Concept designs exhibition stands and is not the organiser.

Turn a digital service into a clear demonstration

Choose one practical task that a visitor can understand quickly and demonstrate it with a prepared example. Use a screen layout that remains readable from the aisle, then offer a quieter place for a detailed product conversation. Keep a local demonstration or recording available if the live connection is interrupted.

Interactive activations need a clear start and finish. Plan where visitors wait, how staff assist them and where a follow-up conversation happens. Specify power, connectivity, display mounting and secure device storage early. Avoid displaying real customer records in public demonstrations.

Expo dates and preparation

This calendar entry covers 4 and 5 May, when the full festival programme includes exhibitors. On 3 May the organiser schedules masterclasses and side events only. Exact expo opening hours have not yet been confirmed in the official sources checked; consult OMR before finalising staffing and travel.
