NOT – Nationale Onderwijstentoonstelling 2027
Exhibiting at NOT 2027 in Utrecht
NOT, the Nationale Onderwijstentoonstelling, brings education and childcare professionals to Jaarbeurs Utrecht from 19 to 23 January 2027. The official visitor information lists halls 10 and 11 and daily opening hours of 09:30–16:30.
Plan a stand around a practical demonstration
For an international exhibitor, the stand needs to make a teaching product or service easy to understand in a short visit. Separate hands-on demonstrations from quieter conversations, allow space for several visitors to try a product, and decide which information belongs on a screen and which needs a physical sample.
Total Concept can coordinate stand design, production, transport and installation. Share your allocated floor plan, equipment list and organiser manual so that we can assess power, screen positions, storage and access for installation. Our role is exhibition stand contractor; we do not organise NOT.
Before finalising your exhibition brief
- Which product should visitors be able to try?
- How much room does a demonstration need?
- What equipment, power and secure storage are required?
- Who will approve the technical plans and exhibitor services?
Explore our exhibition stand services or send us your NOT stand brief. Consult the official visitor information for opening hours and the organiser’s current instructions. Event information checked on 7 October 2026.
