Share your power, connectivity, audiovisual and equipment requirements with the stand brief. Your technical team should specify the conditions a live demonstration needs. We coordinate the physical stand layout and the agreed installation work with those requirements; internet access, network performance, venue services and specialist equipment must be confirmed with the relevant providers.

Construction, delivery and staff access depend on the booked space and the organiser’s instructions. Use the documentation for your actual stand type, hall and edition. We do not assume that all exhibitors have identical access or build-up windows.

We can prepare the structure, finish and signing, then coordinate transport, assembly and dismantling within the agreed project scope. Wood construction and modular solutions are selected according to the design and practical brief.
