M+R Rotterdam 2027

M+R Rotterdam 2027 takes place on 6–7 October at Rotterdam Ahoy, the Netherlands, with visitor hours of 10:00–17:00 on both days. The trade fair focuses on process automation, measurement and control technology and forms part of Rotterdam Processing Week alongside Solids and Pumps & Valves.

Turn technical demonstrations into clear conversations

Build your presentation around one recognisable process challenge. Position sensors, instruments or control components beside a simple diagram showing their role. Allow visitors to see displays without blocking the aisle, and provide a separate place for detailed application discussions.

Share equipment dimensions, power and network needs with your stand builder early. Plan cable routes, secure sample mounts and access for resetting demonstrations. Confirm any live demonstration requirements with the organiser before finalising the layout.
