Brussels Furniture Fair runs from 8 to 11 November 2026 at Brussels Expo. The fair connects furniture manufacturers with the furniture trade. Let furniture lead the stand design
A furniture collection needs space to be understood. Before designing the surrounding stand, establish which pieces are essential, how visitors can approach them and what finishes should be seen together. Leave enough room for chairs, doors and drawers to be used without blocking the main circulation route.
Total Concept can develop presentation settings, surfaces, lighting and signing around your collection. A meeting point and discreet storage can keep samples and sales material within reach without distracting from the furniture. The final specification depends on your products, floor plan and budget.
From Belgium to the Brussels show floor
From Ranst, we coordinate exhibition stand design, workshop production and installation within the agreed project scope. Share your booked floor plan, furniture dimensions, delivery requirements and the organiser’s technical manual. We then define responsibilities for transport, installation and dismantling, including which products are delivered by your own team.
Can the display be used at another furniture fair?
We can assess reusable elements during the design stage. The next venue, floor area, storage arrangements and product collection determine which parts can be adapted.
Who handles exhibitor registration?
The fair organiser manages participation and admission. Total Concept is an independent exhibition stand service provider and is not the organiser of Brussels Furniture Fair.
