Exhibition stand planning for MEDICA 2027

MEDICA 2027 is scheduled for 15–18 November 2027 at the Düsseldorf exhibition grounds. Total Concept helps exhibitors prepare a stand around medical products, demonstrations and professional meetings.

Messe Düsseldorf GmbH lists MEDICA as an annual event. Give each medical product the right presentation space

A device demonstration, a software presentation and a distributor meeting need different conditions. Start with the equipment dimensions and weight, the demonstration sequence, the number of people attending and the level of privacy required for discussions. Then decide how visitors move from the aisle to a demonstration or meeting table.

• Position screens and demonstration surfaces so explanations remain visible without obstructing circulation.
• Allow practical storage for literature, samples and team belongings.
• Include power, network and any equipment-specific requirements in the brief.
• Provide the approved product information and brand assets that should appear on the stand.

Design, production and installation from Belgium

Total Concept works from Ranst, Belgium. We develop custom carpentry, modular construction and combinations of both according to the project. Graphics, counters and presentation elements are considered alongside the structure. Send the allocated stand plan and current exhibitor manual before technical detailing. The organiser’s requirements determine what approvals and venue services are needed. Transport, installation, dismantling and any storage are included only as agreed in the proposal; the scope should be clear before work starts.

Preparing for MEDICA and later exhibitions

If MEDICA is part of a wider exhibition programme, provide the other dates and stand sizes at the briefing stage. We can assess which components may be reused, which graphics should change and whether the layout needs adapting. Reuse depends on the condition and suitability of each component.
