Lubricant Expo Europe 2027

Lubricant Expo Europe 2027 takes place on 14–16 September at Messe Düsseldorf, Germany. It brings together lubricant manufacturers, supply-chain businesses and industrial users.

Dates and opening hours

The published 2027 opening hours are 09:00–17:30 on 14 and 15 September, and 09:00–15:00 on 16 September. Confirm exhibitor access and delivery slots separately: visitor hours do not define the build-up schedule.

Preparing technical product demonstrations

Plan a clear route from product samples to technical discussion. Allow space to explain applications and specifications without obstructing the aisle. For working equipment or liquids, confirm power, containment and demonstration requirements with the organiser before finalising the stand. Keep technical documentation available for follow-up meetings.

Exhibition stand planning with Total Concept

Total Concept provides exhibition stand design and construction. Send your floor plan, equipment dimensions and demonstration needs through our contact page to discuss a proposal. Total Concept is a stand builder, not the event organiser.

Dates, venue and 2027 hours checked on 2 November 2026 against the official show information. Registration and technical participation conditions remain with the organiser.
