Laborama 360 brings laboratory technology suppliers together with laboratory professionals. The 27th edition is announced for 24–25 February 2027 at Flanders Expo in Ghent. This is a new venue: the Brussels location shown for earlier editions does not apply to this edition.

Make laboratory demonstrations easy to follow
A laboratory exhibition stand needs more than space for brochures. Start with the instruments or processes you want to demonstrate, the people operating them and the conversations you want to have afterwards. We translate that briefing into a stand layout with clear product zones, readable graphics and room for technical discussions.
- Equipment presentation: plan display surfaces around actual dimensions, weight and access requirements.
- Demonstration area: allow visitors to watch without blocking circulation or adjacent stands.
- Technical briefing: identify power, connectivity and any other service requirements before submitting orders to the organiser.
- Storage and meetings: include practical space for stock, personal belongings and quieter conversations where the stand footprint allows.
From design to installation in Ghent
Our scope can cover stand design, workshop production, graphics, transport, installation and dismantling. Send your floor plan, stand dimensions, equipment list and brand assets so we can prepare a proposal. Any venue services and approval requirements must follow the organiser’s current exhibitor manual; do not reuse an old Brussels manual for the new venue.
