Make product handling part of the stand design
A stroller demonstration needs clear floor space; nursery furniture needs an understandable room setting; smaller care products need accessible displays. Start with the products buyers should try or inspect, then plan the supporting graphics, samples and seating. Avoid filling every available surface if it makes the range harder to compare.
For moving products, agree a demonstration area that stays within your allocated footprint. Keep unpacking, spare samples and packaging away from visitor circulation. Product supports and display heights should suit the items being presented, with stability and cable routing considered before production.
Separate range discovery from buyer meetings
Your stand may need to support quick introductions and scheduled discussions with retailers or distributors. Position the main product story where it can be understood from the aisle, with a quieter meeting area further inside when space allows. Prepare storage for catalogues, samples and personal belongings so the presentation remains usable throughout the show.
