Kampeer & Caravan Jaarbeurs 2027

Kampeer & Caravan Jaarbeurs 2027 takes place from 29 September to 3 October at Jaarbeurs Utrecht, the Netherlands. The camping event presents motorhomes, caravans, tents and camping accessories. Visitor hours are 10:00–17:00 every day.

Plan space around your vehicles

Include open doors, steps, awnings and visitor movement in the floor plan, rather than only vehicle footprints. Reserve a clear route between models and a separate consultation area. Share dimensions and delivery requirements with your stand builder before confirming the display.

For accessory ranges, group products by use and provide comparison information beside the samples. Check that tent or awning demonstrations fit entirely within your allocated space. Keep replenishment stock out of public circulation.

Practical preparation in Utrecht

The published venue address is Jaarbeursplein 6, 3521 AL Utrecht, close to Utrecht Centraal station. Ask the organiser for the correct exhibitor delivery entrance and vehicle movement schedule; visitor access information is not a delivery instruction. Confirm build-up, electricity and dismantling arrangements in the current exhibitor manual.

Discuss your exhibition stand

Total Concept is an exhibition stand builder, not the organiser. Send your floor plan, vehicle dimensions and display requirements to discuss your stand.
